Francisco Rocha Salazar (F.R.S.) es un artista y escritor radicado en Providence, RI. Nació en San Luis Potosí, México. Es egresado de la licenciatura en Pintura de la universidad Rhode Island School of Design.

How to live prosperously serves as the conceptual framework that propelled Francisco toward unusual, multidisciplinary projects. In them, he subjects his body to long-duration performances incorporating scenography and sculpture. The resulting works are accessible only through photography, presented as letters —both literal and metaphorical—addressed to those least likely to read them. Migration and sexuality are themes explored. He weaves, bakes, and works with metal, producing the materials for his sculptures, while honoring and confronting his family heritage.

He also writes short stories and poetry spiced with eroticism.
